Brian Welch - Manager
As a Superintendent for a production builder for five years during the economic boom period, Brian gained extensive experience with a variety of building designs in a very short period of time. Building on his expertise as a field manager, Brian was promoted into the Warranty/Customer Service department where he was responsible for managing all warranty issues related to over 2,600 homes in 23 different communities in the Virginia region. It was during Brian's position as warranty manager that he developed a special love for renovations. Shortly thereafter Brian left production building work to explore and further develop his remodeling and renovation management and coordination skills. He joined Mid Atlantic Contracting, and in just two short years he grew that company's revenue about 200% during an extremely challenging housing market. In addition to his expertise in building and remodeling custom single family executive homes and remodeling both residential and commercial properties, Brian is developing specialized skills in green construction and remodeling techniques. This extends from retro-fitting existing properties to customized executive properties. Brian, the son of diplomatic and military parents, grew up in a number of overseas countries and enjoys working with individuals from a variety of countries and cultures.

A graduate from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, he was also a middle linebacker for the Hokies and was a Virginia State wrestling champion for Oakton High School. The same diligence and determination he applied to his athletic endeavors continues to be demonstrated in all his construction projects.

Adrienne Adams - Project Manager
Adrienne brings over five years of construction management experience to Welch Construction Group with contracts ranging in value from $45,000 to $10,000,000 and completion schedules ranging from three weeks to one year. Her attention to detail--coupled with her technical knowledge and ability to excel in a fast-paced, high pressured environment with multiple deadlines--allow her to efficiently coordinate and facilitate the progress of every job. Her specialty is the efficient delivery of a quality product on schedule.

Adrienne came to the DC area in 2001 and started working for a local general contractor while continuing her education. It was then that she discovered her talent for bringing team members together to ensure the successful completion of every project. What sets Adrienne apart from others is her personable, upbeat, can-do attitude. This attitude can be attributed to the lessons she has learned as a world-class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor, applying the same determination and motivational skills she uses in the sport to everyday life as well as her career as a Project Manager
